Scalebreaker DLC for Elder Scrolls Online Launches August 12 for PC and Mac, August 27 for Consoles

Bethesda Softworks and ZeniMax Online Studios have announced via Twitter that the release date for the latest DLC coming to The Elder Scrolls Online. The new Scalebreaker downloadable content will be available for Windows PC and Mac OS on August 12, while PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will be available later on August 27. Scalebreaker is dungeon-themed pack with a pair of new PvE dungeons called Moongrave Fane and Lair of the Maarselok fitting into the Season of the Dragon plotline. Both of the new dungeons will be available in Normal, Veteran, and Veteran Hard Mode and will include new powerful rewards and collectibles including mementos, furnishings, and even a new pet.

Along with Scalebreaker, alongside the new DLC is the free Update 23, which makes a bunch of tweaks includes multiple tweaks: multi-bidding at guild trader spots, multi-crafting, better undaunted key management, and updates to battlegrounds too.

Additionally, per MassivelyOP, Zenimax Online Studios shared performance improvements continuing for the remainder of this year and into next year, including faster art fixture and character loading, frame rate improvements, combat tweaks, server optimizations, and more. The Elder Scrolls Online and The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr are now available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
