The Final DLC – Judgment of Atlantis of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Will Launch on July 16
Ubisoft officially announced that the Assassin's Creed Odyssey's DLC "The fate of Atlantis" Chapter III "Judgment of Atlantis" will be officially launched on July 16.
The Fate of Atlantis is a downloadable content expansion pack for Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, which was released on April 23, 2019. It is the second out of two expansion packs for the game, alongside Legacy of the First Blade.
The previous episode, Torments of Hades was the previous installment in the three-part story arc that tasks the player with exploring and uncovering the mysteries of Atlantis. You can purchase the season pass for $39.99 to gain access to The Fate of Atlantis, as well as other in-game items, or get just the story expansion by itself for $24.99.
Details are currently very scarce. However, it feels safe to assume that this final episode will deliver a similar quality and quantity of content as the first two. The first episode took players to the Fields of Elysium where they faced off against Persephone, the daughter of Demeter and Zeus. The second saw players square off against Hades in the underworld. Now, we'll finally see Poseidon in action and presumably fully explore the fate of Atlantis.
This DLC episode will close out the Fate of Atlantis DLC expansion for the game. Episode 1 launched back in April, with episode 2 following a few months later. This pack will conclude all the planned DLC expansions for the game. The Legacy of the First Blade launched just a few months after Assassin's Creed Odyssey released in October. Episode 2 of The Legacy of the First Blade in January then followed up the first release.
And in this DLC, your primary goal is to find, defeat, and recruit legendary heroes from Greek mythology, and your adventures lead you in other cool directions along the way. For instance, in order to reach all of the heroes you need to recruit, you must gather all pieces of a special armor set. Not only does this gear look great, but the process of obtaining it is enjoyable because it essentially gives you a small batch of unique mercenaries to hunt down… but it won’t be the first time you've fought some of them.
