Who Will The Next NBA Live 20 Cover Athlete Be?

The NBA Live 20 cover has yet to be officially revealed. EA Sports had its eyes on the prize for NBA Live 20. New NBA Live 20 cover rumors have arrived regarding the Duke Blue Devils' Zion Williamson.

Forbes' Brian Mazique quoted an industry insider as saying in a report that Zion Williamson will appear on the cover of the upcoming game. Mazique noted that sources were aware of the situation and said that one million offers have been made for zion to be on the cover of NBA Live 20. However, there was a "disconnect" based on these NBA Live 20 cover rumors that the deal did not happen.

It's possible, though the source could not confirm this, that the initial conversation with EA, Williamson and/or his representatives might have happened during the time he was working with Prime Sports. Again, that is purely speculative.

That means duke's Zion Williamson may not be the cover star of the upcoming contest. By any measure, he would still be the first choice, since almost all analysts think he has the best potential for some time to come. That means he will wear a New Orleans pelicans jersey for the 2019-20 NBA season, unless some kind of trade is made before or during the draft.

More cover rumors about NBA Live 20 will be flying. One might think EA Sports wouldn't use another rookie in the upcoming draft, since there's no one like zion yet.
