During E3 2019, Pearl Abyss announced that the sandbox-oriented massively multiplayer online role-playing game Black Desert Online is going to launch on mobile device later in 2019. Players are so excited to hear about the news, and all express the expectation.

The title has been fairly successful on PC and Xbox One and has raked in over $1 Billion in gross sales. Since it is going to launch at IOS & Android, it really makes its fan exciting.

Black Desert Mobile first launched on Feb 28th in Korea, and the classes you could pick at the time of launch were the Warrior, Ranger, Berserker, Valkyrie, and Witch. Musa was added afterwards, and Sorceress was added during April. Also, the Mediah region was added in May.

It's a fairly popular MMO (that received a remastered version in August of 2018), which is probably why Pearl Abyss decided to create a mobile iteration for Android and iOS. So, it's no surprise to learn that Black Desert Mobile will finally be coming stateside sometime this year, though it would have been nice to see a firmer released date. Most likely this title should land in the US as a free-to-play release that includes in-app purchases, much like it did in Japan and Korea, though the current details surrounding the English version are currently pretty slim. Hopefully, further information will arise in the coming months as the English release inches closer and closer.

Pearl Abyss head Robin Jung added, "With over 30 percent of gross sales for Black Desert stemming from mobile platforms, which saw an initial release in Asia in the past year... we look forward to launching Black Desert Mobile globally by the end of the year."

Currently available in South Korea, Japan and Taiwan, Black Desert Mobile boasts stunning graphics, skill-based combat and the most robust character customization of any mobile game on the market. Black Desert Mobile's character customization system allows users to make unique characters. Everything is customizable from the height, size, hairstyle and face of the character down to the eye color, eyebrow length, amount of shine on the skin and hair color.

Do you expect that the Black Desert Online will be launched on mobile device? It will come true later in 2019.
